Change the name on your ticket
To change the name on a ticket you purchased simply follow the steps below:
- Login to INTIX using the email and password you used to purchase tickets
AU - intix.com.au
NZ - intix.co.nz
UK - intix.co.uk
US - intix.com - Under My Orders, locate the order containing the ticket(s) you wish to Name Change
- Click View Order
- Click Change Name
- Complete the steps on screen to finalise your Name Change
NOTE:
- There are fees associated with a name change. These fees vary between different events and will be presented to you when you enter into the Name Change process.
- If you purchased tickets via another company you will need to contact them directly. You can only use INTIX to change the names on tickets originally purchased from INTIX.
- If a friend purchased the ticket for you on your behalf, they will need to log into their account and complete the name change.
Option: Forwarding a ticket - this is simple and free! You can send your ticket to someone else and it will go into their account (once they accept the ticket), but the ticket will still have the original name on it. It depends on the type of event, whether they are checking names against individual tickets. More often than not, it is just a matter of scanning a barcode to gain entry, but we cannot advise whether this is the option for you.
