This can help you save on costs, as the client, you absorb transaction fees. To enquire about your eligibility for Stripe’s NFP pricing, you’ll first need to set up your **Stripe account**, then contact Stripe directly at [https://stripe.com/au/contact/sales/partner/intix-ticketing](https://stripe.com/au/contact/sales/partner/intix-ticketing). Stripe determines transaction fees, and any discussion about reduced NFP pricing is between you and Stripe directly and applies to your individual Stripe account. INTIX does not determine or negotiate these Stripe fees. **Important:** If you are approved for NFP pricing, please contact your **INTIX Account Manager** or help@intix.com as soon as possible. We’ll need to update the fees on your INTIX account to ensure your customers are charged correctly.
