NFP (Not For Profit) transaction fees with Stripe

If you are a registered Not For Profit, and you meet Stripe's requirements, you may be eligible for reduced transaction fees.

With reduced transaction fees you can:

  • pass the savings on to your customer (if you pass on the fees)
  • you can save a little (if you absorb the fees)

To enquire about your eligibility for Stripe's NFP pricing you need to set up your Stripe account and then get in touch with Stripe directly via email at nonprofit@stripe.com 

Transaction fees are determined by Stripe and this discussion is between yourself and Stripe directly, regarding your Stripe account, not with INTIX.

NOTE: If you do get approved for NFP pricing please contact your INTIX account manager or help@intix.com ASAP to ensure fees are updated in your INTIX account so you are charging your customers correctly.
