Sending or receiving more than 8 PDF tickets in an email

Emails are limited to 8 PDF tickets per message to ensure reliable delivery and avoid issues with large attachments being blocked or sent to spam. Customers can still access, download, and print all tickets via their INTIX account.

While users can still log into their INTIX account to view, print, and download tickets, we recommend keeping the default limit at 8 to help avoid delivery issues.

The receiver will receive the below notification on how to view their tickets.
