What do I need to prepare to create an event?
Creating an event in INTIX is fast and easy — just gather a few key details and you’re ready to go.
Here is what you will need to be able to create an event, you can update details and edit along the way:
First, a seat map must be created prior to creating your event.
Seat Map Requirements: refer to this article
If you are offering Reserved Seating, provide INTIX the following information:
- Venue details: venue name and address
- Venue layout: architectural drawing, or document with a top view
- Section names, row labels, seat numbers (ex. Section: Gold, Row: A, Seat: 1)
- Any accessible, or restricted view seating
- Provide any logos and specify any other visual elements you’d like included on your seating map
- General Admission: indicate where you would like the General Admission area to be placed, include capacity
- Event Title
- Event Start and End Dates
- Times ie. Event Start and Event End times
- Doors/Gates open time (if different to event start time)
- Venue name, refer to this article
- Event Banner Image: Specs 2160 x 1220px JPEG or PNG, no larger than 1MB
- Event Description: detail what the event is about
- Ticket Type titles
- Available Units
- Price Options
- Group Tickets ie. Family or Group of #
- Custom Questions
- Add Ons: sell merchandise or collect donation
- FAQs
- Fees: absorb or pass on ticket and transaction fees
- Order confirmation email message
- Ticket Delivery: include PDF, Print/Download
- Waiver/T's & C's
