Contact Organiser email - What is it and how to change it?

A Contact Organiser button is displayed on the ticketing page of Reserved Seating events. 

These types of events are more likely to have requests for further information during checkout.

When clicked, a form pops up for the customer to enter their info and message, and select a Contact Request Reason:

  • Accessible Seating Request

  • Ticket Enquiry

  • Refund Request

  • General Event Enquiry

  • Other

Most enquiries will be sent to the email address in the Basic Info of the event setup, except Ticket Enquiries - these emails will be sent to help@intix.com and our customer service team will address these queries, forwarding them on to the event organiser if applicable.

 

To change the Contact Event email:

  1. Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
  2. Basic Info > Contact Event Email
