Create a Membership Pricing Option

How Membership is structured:

So, you've created your Membership Categories! Now to create your pricing options.

Pricing Options:

  1. Login at intix.com.au > Organisation Settings > Membership / Season Tickets
  2. Add Pricing Options > Select which Membership Category this type will draw inventory from
  3. Enter title of Pricing Option (ex. Adult, Concession, Child, Family etc)
  4. Enter price of Pricing Option > click "Add Membership Pricing Option" button

Optional additional information display/required:

Using the boxes displayed within Price Options, select additional information if required. This information is exportable via Members using the cog setting icon.

Important Step: Adding an expiry date

  1. Pricing Options > edit > select "Expires" field 
  2. Uncheck "does not expire" > select expiry date
  3. Tick the Update All Members box (this does not send a message out to your members, it updates the expiry attached to the membership)
  4. SAVE 

NOTE: Best practice is to include part of the Membership Category title in the Pricing Option title. This is to ensure clarity across devices and platforms, in your account and on the INTIX app. Depending on where you are viewing the membership, you may only be seeing the Pricing Option.

You DO want to be as clear as possible. ie.
(Category) 2024 Gold Membership (Pricing Option) Gold Membership - Adult 16+ years

You DON'T want a membership to read:
(Category) 2024 Gold Membership (Pricing Option) Adult 16+ years

TIP: Also best to define the ages in your ticket types (i.e. Adult 16+ years, Child 5-15 years, Infant under 5 years, Family Membership 2A + 2C) as these vary by organisation.
