6. Ticket Packages: Create multi-game packages giving a person choice of games to attend rather than a full season. Once purchased, the customer chooses the games/seats they wish to attend, limited to seat/price points you set.

7. Custom Pages: Creating Custom Pages for a membership site allows you to provide dedicated information and content for each Membership Category, organised under a menu for easy navigation.

  • Select Click Here to Add New Page
  • Menu Text: title it as "MEMBERSHIP" or "JOIN" (or your preferred title).
  • Tab through fields to auto-generate Page Title and URL
  • Add Page
  • Your Page Title will now appear in light grey within the menu banner, select it to continue the set up.
  • In the space provided, enter the details of what the membership includes. Use the toolbar to format and style the content as needed.
  • Option to set the page as a 'Home Page'
  • Upload a Banner image which will display across the top of the page. Specs: 2400px (wide) x 600px (high) PNG, JPEG smaller than 1MB
  • Video Banner URL: Allows you to display a short, looping video in the banner of a Custom Page, typically used on the Home page.
    • Here's How to do it:
      • Upload an mp4 format video onto the internet somewhere, like your website and then get the URL for that file from https:// through to .mp4 inclusive
      • Note the video does flex size like the banner image in the background but suffice to say a landscape video will fit WAY better than a portrait video.

      • Note INTIX will not store the videos on our site or file storage.
  • Select Membership Category or Ticket Package that the page is referring to. This will automatically pull the associated price options to display on your membership site.
  • Attach To: This determines where the Custom Page appears in your menu. If you attach it to a menu title, it will appear as a dropdown under that title. If you attach it to 'Nothing', the page will display independently in the banner.
  • Visible to Public: Choose Yes to make your Custom Page visible to everyone on your membership site. Choose No to keep it hidden from the public until you’re ready to publish it.
  • Active Members Only: This setting restricts the Custom Page so that only current members can access it. It’s ideal for sharing exclusive content such as newsletters, special announcements, product launches, or other member-only information.
  • Close
  • Repeat for each Membership Category and Ticket Package available to the Public.

Note: There is no requirement to create a Custom Page for Membership Categories not available to the public.
