How to create and send Push Notifications

Push notifications are a great real-time marketing tool that engage your audience effectively. Celebrate a goal with a discount on merchandise, or offer incentives to visit the snack bar at half time - with a few keystrokes you can instigate a surge in revenue!

NOTE: push notifications are short text-like messages that are sent to people on their phones and appear instantly on their home screen.

- Push notifications are free for you to send!
- They are sent out to your entire audience at the Organisation level (not per event)
- But! They only reach the people within your audience who have downloaded the INTIX app

Creating your campaign

  1. Log in to your INTIX account > Organisation Settings
  2. Marketing > Campaigns
  3. Create Campagin > Push Notification

Compose your notification

  1. Select Recipients - select from your Audience Segments (NOTE: you can send to Dynamic lists, but not Static lists), click Save
  2. Content - compose your notification. There is a 100 character limit, including punctuation and emojis (yes, you can include emojis! :), click Save
  3. Click Send in the top right corner. This sends instantly!
