Customer Journey: Test your event setup

Follow the front-end purchase process as you build your event. Before you publish ticket sales live, verify that everything displays properly.

At any stage of the event build in Draft mode, check out the front-end ticketing page:

  • Dashboard (from the left side menu) where you'll view:
    > Your Event Information URL: banner image and event details 
    > Your Ticketing URL:
    Ticket categories and pricing options

Follow the customer journey:

On the event information page, select the CLICK TO BUY TICKETS button.
Select a ticket.
Click Checkout button.

This brings you to the payment screen. This is also where any custom questions will display.

This is where the customer fill in their name, email address, and payment details, and create an account if they haven't used INTIX before.

This is the last screen in the test process, as tickets cannot be issued before publishing the event.

You have now seen the process from your customer's perspective, and can edit details as needed before going live!
