Enable Apple/Google Wallet in Event

Give your attendees the option to save their tickets directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

  1. Login to INTIX:
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
    > Host An Event
  2. Select Order Options > Order Form
  3. Scroll down to Ticket Delivery Options, Native Wallet
  4. Select the toggle
    • GREEN = enabled - This will add the option for customers to save tickets to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
    • WHITE = disabled

Common issues: Why can't I see the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button?

NOTE: The option to add a ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is currently supported only through the emailed PDF ticket notification. This feature is not supported within the INTIX app.

Disclaimer: Native Wallet Functionality
By enabling Native Wallet, the client acknowledges that attendees may screenshot their ticket once added to a digital wallet and forward it to third parties outside of INTIX's platform and control. This may result in ticket fraud, inaccurate access control or incomplete attendee data for the event organiser.

INTIX provides a supported ticket-forwarding feature as well as name change that updates attendee records and maintains an accurate, live view of attendee information. This disclaimer applies only to tickets shared outside of that supported process (e.g., via screenshot).

INTIX accepts no responsibility for ticket fraud resulting from a client's decision to enable Native Wallet functionality.
