Enable Apple/Google Wallet in Membership

Give your attendees the option to save their membership directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

  1. Login to INTIX:
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
    > Organisation Settings
  2. Select Membership/Season Tickets > Settings
  3. General, scroll down to Native Wallet Passes
  4. Select Enable Wallet Passes - this will add the option for customers to save their membership to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
  5. To Disable, select 'Disable' 

Common issues: Why can't I see the "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button?

NOTE: The option to add a membership to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is currently supported only through the emailed PDF ticket notification. This feature is not supported within the INTIX app.

Disclaimer: Native Wallet Functionality
By enabling Native Wallet, the client acknowledges that attendees may screenshot their membership once added to a digital wallet and forward it to third parties outside of INTIX's platform and control. This may result in membership fraud, inaccurate access control or incomplete attendee data for the event organiser.

INTIX provides a supported membership ticket-forwarding feature as well as name change that updates attendee records and maintains an accurate, live view of attendee information. This disclaimer applies only to membership tickets shared outside of that supported process (e.g., via screenshot).

INTIX accepts no responsibility for membership fraud resulting from a client's decision to enable Native Wallet functionality.
