Event Ticket Limit per transaction

Setting an event ticket limit per transaction allows you to process bulk tickets and the customer  to purchase the your max limit set.  

The maximum number of tickets per transaction is controlled via Tickets > Settings > Event Ticket Limit. This setting overrides any limits configured at the individual ticket type level in Advanced Settings. While customers can only purchase up to the maximum limit per ticket type, they are able to buy multiple ticket types, up to the overall Event Ticket Limit.

Here is how to set max Event Ticket Limit per transaction.

Go to: Tickets > Settings, Event Ticket Limit

Enter max ticket limit per transaction, click anywhere to save the update.

This change is instant, you are able to increase or decrease at any time. While you are processing bulk orders, ensure that you have increased the event ticket limit and then decrease it once completed. *During this time, customers will be able to purchase the event ticket limit set per transaction.

NOTE: The default ticket limit is set to 8 due to domain restrictions, where larger PDF files may be quarantined or redirected to your junk folder instead of reaching your inbox. While users can still log into their INTIX account to view, print, and download tickets, we recommend keeping the default limit at 8 to help avoid delivery issues.
