How to Create a Custom Page

Creating Custom Pages for a membership site allows you to create a Home Page and provide dedicated information and content for each Membership Category and Ticket Package organised under a menu for easy navigation.

    Login to your INTIX account:
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com

    1. Go to Organisation > Memberships / Season Tickets > Custom Pages

    2. Select Click Here to Add New Page
    3. Menu Text: title it as "MEMBERSHIP" or "JOIN" (or your preferred title)
    4. Tab through fields to auto-generate Page Title and URL
    5. Add Page
    6. Your Page Title will now appear in light grey within the menu banner, select it to continue the set up.
    7. Enter your content in the space provided, clearly describing what is included with the membership.Use the toolbar to format and style the content as needed.
    8. Option to set the page as a 'Home Page
    9. Upload a Banner image which will display across the top of the page. Specs: 2400px (wide) x 600px (high) PNG, JPEG smaller than 1MB
    10. Video Banner URL: Allows you to display a short, looping video in the banner of a Custom Page, typically used on the Home page.
    11. Here's How to do it:
      • Upload an mp4 format video onto the internet somewhere, like your website and then get the URL for that file from https:// through to .mp4 inclusive
      • Note the video does flex size like the banner image in the background but suffice to say a landscape video will fit WAY better than a portrait video.
      • Note: INTIX will not store the videos on our site or file storage.
    12. Select the relevant Membership Category or Ticket Package for this page. The system will automatically pull through the associated price options for display on your membership site.
    13. Attached To: This determines where the Custom Page appears in your menu. If you attach it to a menu title, it will appear as a dropdown under that title. If you attach it to 'Nothing', the page will display independently in the banner.
    14. Visible to Public: Choose 'Yes' to make your Custom Page visible to everyone on your membership site. Choose 'No' to keep it hidden from the public.
    15. Active Members Only: This setting restricts the Custom Page so that only current members can access it using their login. It’s ideal for sharing exclusive content such as newsletters, special announcements, product launches, or other member-only information.
    16. Select Close
    17. Repeat for each Membership Category and Ticket Package available to the Public.

Note: There is no requirement to create a Custom Page for Membership Categories not available to the public.
