Create New Season: Seat Maps, Reserved Seating or General Admission
The seat map is the first step in creating your season (or reserved seating event), and we work closely with you to get it just right!
NOTE: There is a considerable amount of work that goes into a reserved seating build, so please ensure all information is finalised beforehand, and allow for a 5-7 business days for completion.
There are three scenarios where you will need a seat map in your Organisation:
- Event - you have an event with Reserved Seating
- Membership - you are offering General Admission Memberships and events
- Membership - you are offering Reserved Seating Memberships and events
General Admission Memberships and events
- Log in to your account > Organiser Settings
- Membership/Season tickets > Seating Map/Member Events
- Create New Season - Seat Map/GA
- Add Membership Category
- Once category is added, click Edit Details and enter Available Memberships (capacity)
From here, you are ready to create your membership site. Follow these instructions.
Reserved Seating Membership & Events
Information that we need from you to begin a reserved seating build:
- Venue details: name and location
- Venue layout: architectural drawing, or document with a top view of playing area and stands
- Section names, rows, seats (ex. Section: Gold, Row: A, Seat: 1)
- Any accessible, or restricted view seating
We will create the seat map (see example below) and then you will move forward with the following:
- Create Membership Categories
- Create Membership Pricing Options
- Create Membership page - Custom Pages
