Ticket categories (i.e. General Admission, VIP section, Members section) are the overall sections with their own capacities, and pricing options within them draw from these capacities.
- Log in to your INTIX account > Host An Event
- Tickets from the left side menu
- Select a ticket category you want to add a pricing option to > Add New Pricing Option
You can also use pricing options to control staggered releases:
Ex. You're doing Presale tickets, and want to add a Second Release price that draws from your Presale capacity (and not from your general onsale capacity).
- Add a Second Release price option
- Change the first release presale price option to Visibility: Hidden
Your Second Release price option is now available!
Note: there are lots of customisable details in the pricing options (available from and until) that can be useful - have a look around and familiarise yourself with these features!
