Team Management: Add a new SuperAdmin to your Organisation
You can add additional administrators to your Organisation.
This will allow the user to have full access to your organisation including the ability to create and edit events.
Add a Super Admin to your Org:
- Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event
AU - intix.com.au
NZ - intix.co.nz
UK - intix.co.uk
US - intix.com - Team Management > Invite Team Members
- Enter email address (and contact details if they are a new INTIX user)
Your new SuperAdmin will be sent an email to let them know they've been added to your Organisation. If they have an INTIX account, they can log in and view your Organisation. If they don't already have an INTIX account, on first login they'll select "Forgot Password" on the sign in page to prompt password creation (containing upper and lower case letters, and a number).
You can remove a SuperAdmin at any time using the trashcan icon below.
NOTE: Be sure to uncheck the Notifications box after adding the SuperAdmin if they do not want to receive automated event and organisation notifications.
