Team Management: Add a new SuperAdmin to your Organisation

You can add additional administrators to your Organisation.

This will allow the user to have full access to your organisation including the ability to create and edit events.

If you have not yet connected your Stripe account, the invite Team Members button will be greyed out. You will need to have connected your Stripe account first as a prerequisite: Connecting Stripe for access to your funds

Add a Super Admin to your Org:

  1. Log in to your INTIX Account > Organisation Settings
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
  2. Team Management > Invite Team Members
  3. Enter email address (and contact details if they are a new INTIX user)

Your new Super Admin will be sent an email notificaion to let them know they've been added to your Organisation.

If they don't already have an INTIX account, on first login they'll select "Forgot Password" on the sign in page to prompt password creation (containing upper and lower case letters, and a number).

You can remove a Super Admin at any time using the trashcan icon to the right.

NOTE: If they do not want or require receiving automated event and organisation notifications, you are able to uncheck the boxes after creating them as a Super Admin.
