Ticket Category: Headers to organise tickets
Ticket Categories help neaten up your ticket list on the event's ticket page. Assign ticket types to a category, adding distinction between groups of tickets.
Log in to your INTIX Account

Tickets page

Ticket Categories > Create Ticket Category

Enter Title of Category > Save

NOTE: To edit title - delete category, create new category

Click on a ticket > from Edit Ticket panel, assign Ticket to Category

Assign all Ticket types to Categories

Show Categories: Enable to view which Ticket Categories are assigned to each Ticket type.
- Change sequence of ticket categories on the page by dragging and dropping categories into preferred order
NOTE: if a ticket type has not been allocated to a Ticket Category it will not display on the ticket page.
Dashboard
- Check your work! From the event Dashboard, click the 'Your Ticketing URL' link to view the customer view of the event ticketing page
