How to Unsubscribe a user from your Audience

Two ways: A user can unsubscribe themselves in their account, or a Super Admin can unsubscribe them from the org.

Users can easily unsubscribe (or re-subscribe) from your audience from within their account. This is what it looks like in the account view:

You can look at your own account to see where you are connected to clubs and organisations you have had tickets and memberships with. 

To unsubscribe oneself from an organisation's audience:

  1. Log into your INTIX account
  2. My Settings > Contact Preferences
  3. Click the organisation you want to unsubscribe from and uncheck the appropriate boxes

NOTE: You can just as easily re-subscribe to an organisation if this was done in error.

To unsubscribe a user from your Audience within your organisation:

  1. Log into your INTIX account > Organisation Settings
  2. Select your organisation > Audience
  3. Search for the user by email or name and click the check mark to make it an "X"

NOTE: You cannot re-subscribe a user. They must complete the action above in their account.
