Updating Ticket Inventory

Your ticket capacity, or inventory, is displayed in your ticket categories. You can easily add and decrease the number of overall tickets available!

Each of your ticket pricing options draws inventory from its corresponding Ticket Category capacity.

Example:

  • General Admission capacity: 500
  • Ticket pricing options: Adult, Concession, Child
  • As each ticket sells (Adult, Concession, Child) they are deducted from the 500 inventory

To add or decrease inventory:

  1. Log in to your INTIX Account > Host An Event
  2. Tickets > Choose the ticket category you want to update
  3. Add (or decrease) as many tickets as you like
    Example: if your capacity is actually 600, add 100 tickets to your 500
