How to Create a Membership Category

Create your reserved seat and general admission membership categories.

Create Membership Category:
  1. Login to INTIX:
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
  2. Organisation Settings > Membership / Season Tickets > Membership Category
  3. Select the Seating Map from the dropdown menu
  4. Enter Membership Category Title
  5. Visibility: 'Available to Public' or 'Admin Only'
  6. Game Day Access: General Admission', 'Reserved Seating' or 'No Game Day Access'
  7. If using Reserved Seating: apply a HEX colour code to visually differentiate seat colours by membership category, making it easier for both customers and staff to identify and manage each category.
  8. Optional: Unlock Code for promo or exclusive access
  9. Add Category
  10. Once category is added, click Edit Details and enter Available Memberships (capacity)
  11. Repeat steps for all available Membership Categories
  12. Upload Membership Category image for each category: Specs (720px x 400px PNG, no larger than 500kb). This image will be displayed on the member’s digital membership in their INTIX app.
