How to Create a Membership Category
Create your reserved seat and general admission membership categories.
Create Membership Category:
- Login to INTIX:
AU - intix.com.au
NZ - intix.co.nz
UK - intix.co.uk
US - intix.com - Organisation Settings > Membership / Season Tickets > Membership Category
- Select the Seating Map from the dropdown menu
- Enter Membership Category Title
- Visibility: 'Available to Public' or 'Admin Only'
- Game Day Access: General Admission', 'Reserved Seating' or 'No Game Day Access'
- If using Reserved Seating: apply a HEX colour code to visually differentiate seat colours by membership category, making it easier for both customers and staff to identify and manage each category.
- Optional: Unlock Code for promo or exclusive access
- Add Category
- Once category is added, click Edit Details and enter Available Memberships (capacity)
- Repeat steps for all available Membership Categories
- Upload Membership Category image for each category: Specs (720px x 400px PNG, no larger than 500kb). This image will be displayed on the member’s digital membership in their INTIX app.
