How to Create a Membership Category

How Membership is structured:

INTIX Membership Hierarchy

IMPORTANT: If you have reserved seating in your venue for memberships or events, your seat map must be completed before creating Membership Categories. Contact your INTIX Account Executive to provide information for the seat map build.

Membership Categories:

  1. Login to INTIX:
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
    > Organisation Settings > Membership / Season Tickets
  2. Membership Categories > Add Membership Category
  3. Select seat map to attach category to and fill in details:
    - name of category (i.e. Gold, Sponsor, Reserved Seating, General Admission)
    - Visibility (Public or Admin only)
    IMPORTANT: Game Day Access (GA or Reserved Seating)
    Optional: choose a custom Hex colour for this category for easy differentiation
  4. Edit details: upload your Membership Category image (720 x 400 pixels, under 250kb), and if General Admission, enter capacity of category

GENERAL ADMISSION: If your Memberships are General Admission, you're all set!

Reserved Seating

Once your seat map is complete, and you create your Membership Categories. Now you need to attach seats on your map to the membership categories.

  1. Seating Map / Members Events
  2. Click on the select tool, select your seats individually
  3. Update Category from the right side menu > select the Membership Category to apply to the selected seats

 

You will create a new seat map for every season

Simply copy the last season's map so all your venue's seats are there!

Be sure to EXPIRE LAST SEASON'S MEMBERSHIP TYPES and DELETE LAST SEASON'S MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES. Follow these instructions.
