Refunding an individual ticket from an order
As an organiser it is entirely up to you whether and when to refund. You can refund an individual ticket, not an entire order.
Whatever the case, INTIX has made it simple and easy!
Log in to get started:
- Log in to the INTIX Dashboard > Host An Event
- Manage Attendees > Orders
- Enter the email address or name of order.
In the order:
- Click the "X" to the right of the ticket you want to cancel
- In the pop-up window, fill in the reason for canceling, and select/deselect whether you want to notify the customer, and/or refund the ticket
- Fees - note that this refunds the customer the ticket price, but not the Stripe fee or the INTIX fee. These are non-refundable*.
NOTE: You may need to refund fees at times, but keeping in mind that this comes out of your own payouts, as Stripe & INTIX fees are non-refundable.
To refund fees:
In the order, click the link "View in Stripe" > directs to Stripe transaction > Click refund
NOTE: Once you have cancelled a ticket you cannot undo the action and will have to reissue a ticket if you've cancelled it by mistake.

NOTE: Stripe transfers money to your nominated account as per your payout schedule (standard, weekly, monthly or manual) When you process refunds there must be adequate funds in your Stripe account for Stripe to refund your ticket holders. If you have withdrawn all funds the action will fail.
You are only paid out the ticket amount so if you choose to also refund fees you will need to have the extra funds available to cover them as INTIX and Stripe fees are not refundable.
