What do I need to prepare to create membership site?

Set yourself up for a seamless launch by preparing these key details before creating your Membership Site.

Here is what you will need to be able to create your membership site, you can update details and edit along the way:

 

First, a seat map must be created prior to creating your membership categories.

Seat Map Requirements: refer to this article

If you are offering Reserved Seating, provide INTIX the following information:

  • Venue details: venue name and address
  • Venue layout: architectural drawing, or document with a top view
  • Section names, row labels, seat numbers (ex. Section: Gold, Row: A, Seat: 1)
  • Any accessible, or restricted view seating
  • Provide any logos and specify any other visual elements you’d like included on your seating map
  • General Admission: indicate where you would like the General Admission area to be placed, include capacity

Membership Site: While an INTIX team member is creating your seat map, you can continue building your membership site if you have the following information:

Membership Category: 
  • Category Title ie. General Admission
  • Visibility: 'Available to Public' or 'Admin Only'
  • Game Day Access: 'General Admission', 'Reserved Seating' or 'No Game Day Access'
  • Available Units
  • Membership Category image for each category: Specs 720px x 400px PNG, no larger than 500kb
Membership Price Option:
  • Price Option Title ie. General Admission - Adult 18+ or Family 2A + 2C
  • Expiry Date ie. end of season
Custom Page: for each membership category available to the public
  • Details of what the membership includes
  • Banner image: Specs: 2400px (wide) x 600px (high) PNG, JPEG smaller than 1MB
Additional Info:
  • Payment Options: Pay in Full, Auto-Renew (with opt-out), and/or a custom Pay by Instalment schedule with dates
  • Postage/Delivery Options: ie. postage/delivery options for Members pack or physical membership card
  • Custom Questions
  • Add Ons ie. merchandise or collecting donations
  • Confirmation email receipt message
