Membership expiry: Clear last year/season's memberships to set up the new year

Past memberships must be expired and deleted prior to creating your next season. 

If this action has not been completed, previous years' members will still show as current members in your export yet they will not have a valid membership.

  1. Login to your INTIX account:

    > Organisation Settings

Set your Membership Site to "Offline"

While you expire last season and set up your new season, toggle the Membership Site to offline so it is not publicly visible. Click here for instructions and screenshots.


CUSTOM PAGES

  1. Detach membership categories and Ticket Packages from Custom Pages.

RESERVED SEATING

Detach seats from categories:

  1. Select all seats on the map (hold Shift + drag to select seats) > Update Category > Unattach this seat
  2. Detach Membership Categories from previous season seating map
  3. Delete Reserved Seating Membership Categories

Note: You cannot detach seats with Unpaid Transactions against them. If you have outstanding Unpaid Orders, find them in your Members Listing (Status = Unpaid) and cancel them.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Membership Categories:

  1. Select Edit Details
  2. Update Available Units to equal the total number sold, (ie. you sold 226 of your available 300 memberships. Update the Available Units to 226)
  3. Delete General Admission Membership Categories

Do this for each category.

PRICING OPTIONS: Expire and Delete

  1. Memberships / Season Tickets > Pricing Options
  2. Select edit pencil for a type > see "Expires" field
  3. Un-tick box stating "This membership does not expire" > Use calendar to set expiry date
  4. Tick 'Update members as well' - please note that this DOES NOT send any notification to the customer
  5. Save my update

NOTE: The member record is not deleted - their history is still in your system within Members > View past memberships

When you've built your new season Membership site you can switch the page to online again!
