Membership expiry: Clear last year/season's memberships to set up the new year
After creating your new season memberships, expire the old price options and delete last season’s membership categories.
If this action has not been completed, previous years members will still show as current members in your export yet they will not have a valid membership.

First, set your Membership Site to "Offline"
1. Go to Membership/Season Tickets > Settings > select 'Click Here' to switch to offline mode
2. Price Options: Expire and Delete
- Memberships / Season Tickets > Pricing Options
- Select edit (pencil icon) on price option, go to "Expires" field and click in area where it states either 'Never Expires' or 'Date'
- Un-tick box stating "This membership does not expire" > Use calendar to set expiry date to 'past date' to expire
- Tick 'Update members as well' - please note that this DOES NOT send any notification to the customer
- Save my update
Note: The member record is not deleted - their history is still in your system within Members Listing> View Past Membership
3. Custom Pages
- Detach membership categories and Ticket Packages from Custom Pages.
4. Membership Category: General Admission
- Select Edit Details on your General Admission Membership Category
- Update Available Units to equal the total number sold, (ie. you sold 226 of your available 300 memberships. Update the Available Units to 226)
- Click anywhere to save the update

Now you are able to Delete General Admission Membership Categories

Repeat for each General Admission category.
5. Membership Category: Reserved Seating

Go to Membership Season Events > Seating Map / Season Ticketholder
- Select EDIT on past season seating map, select Season Membership Categories
- Select all seats, multiple seats/areas - hold down the shift key and drag using the mouse
- Update Category, select 'Unattach this seat'
- Go to Membership Category, delete all reserved seating categories
You will now only see all current Membership Categories and Price Options. All past data is viewable via Members Listing > View Past Members
