Membership expiry: Clear last year/season's memberships to set up the new year
Past memberships must be expired and deleted prior to creating your next season.
If this action has not been completed, previous years' members will still show as current members in your export yet they will not have a valid membership.
IF Reserved Seating - Detach seats from categories
Select all seats on the map (hold Shift + drag to select seats) > Update Category > Unattach this seat
Note: You cannot detach seats with Unpaid Transactions against them. If you have outstanding Unpaid Orders, find them in your Orders list and cancel them.
First - Expire and Delete Pricing Options:
- Login to your INTIX account:
AU - intix.com.au
NZ - intix.co.nz
UK - intix.co.uk
US - intix.com
> Organisation Settings - Memberships / Season Tickets > Pricing Options
 - Select edit pencil for a type > see "Expires" field
 - Un-tick box stating "This membership does not expire" > Use calendar to set expiry date
 - Tick 'Update members as well' - please note that this DOES NOT send any notification to the customer
 - Save my update
 
Second - Delete Membership Categories:
- Memberships / Season Tickets > Membership Categories
 - Select bin to delete the category
 
NOTE: The member record is not deleted - their history is still in your system within Members > View past memberships

To set up new Pricing Options, follow the instructions here.
While you set up your new season, you may want to toggle the Membership Site to offline so it is not publicly visible. Go to your Membership Settings page and click the link in the info box.

When you've built your new season Membership site you can switch the page to online again!
