Overview: Organisation Settings

Organisation Settings is how you set up your business or club on INTIX prior to creating events.

 

  1. To start, enter your business name and ABN (or registered business number in UK & USA).
  2. You can also customise your "Trading As" name

After your simple setup, you can customise your Organisation's look to suit your branding, so your Organisation Page (your list of events) looks like you, and not branded to INTIX.

Customising your organisation Settings:

Basic Info:

  • Upload logo (See Image Specifications)
  • Upload background image (don't include text - just a simple image!)
  • Upload favicon (this is the tiny logo that appears in the browser tab)
  • Enter your brand colour Hex Code 
  • Add a "Child Organisation" if applicable (if you are setting up a league as the parent, and clubs as child organisations)

Team Management: Add Super Admins to grant full access to your organisation 

Payment Information: Set up and connect your Stripe account to take payments and receive payouts

Charge Rates: View the fees charged per transaction, or per ticket (depending whether you are a contracted client or are on standard rates)
